I couldnt be arsed listening to that old sillypants

I was more referring to the lynotts, loah and arsenal-arsene

not that I’d actually watch it

I’d imagine it’s the sort of thing yourself and frillz might watch on a friday evening – starting out at opposite ends of the sofa, but inching closer and closer each time one of you comes back from a wee

Surely V would be in the kitchen rustling up a tasty repast, occasionally popping her head in to ask ” can I top you up big boy ”
I mean, a feller can only dream, like.
You watch her come on in a moment spitting tacks in a totally false display that fools no-one.

Morgan will be plugging for lockdowns so everything else is excused.

He sings off the same hymn sheet as RTÉ on this issue- hence his appearance.

LOL – “Dermot Bannon will discuss how Covid has changed how we all live at home and our evolving needs when it comes to design.”

Looks like a decent lineup of guests alright. But it’s clashing with a repeat of a repeat of a repeat of an episode of Ancient Aliens on Blaze.

  2. Redundant Proofreaders Society

If they only left out the Tubridy appearance it might actually be worth watching that episode.

Oh.. I normally just head for the rusty nails.. but I think I’ve found something new to do on a Friday. Any particular type of duck you’d recommend ? Or is it a case of whatever you’re having yourself..

You can never go wrong with the ubiquitous Mallard but for those special occasions, a Swan or even a Barnacle Goose can bring that extra Wow! factor into the mix.

I’d recommend Gunpowder gin, not usually a big gin drinker but that stuffs powerful good with a drop or grapefruit juice and soda water. Dry on dry on dry. Great for the thirst and cleaning the eyeballs.

The duck pond, Mallard and gunpowder it is.. I think the barnacle goose is beyond my catching abilities, for now, but give me time.. I had an episode with a Swan previously, two swans really, and not wanting to point fingers but it’s easy to get on the wrong side on them and they tend to take some things very personally. Well, that’s my experience anyway.. I think the mallard is WoW enough to start.. and with all the teens having secret raves down the park it has to be a win win win..!!

it’s that time of year, they won’t defrost now until June, Italia pushed me over the edge with his tales of underfloor heating

  3. Slightly Bemused

I will watch for the sake of the ladies Lynnot and Loah, but the others really do not grasp my attention, And with all respect to Wild Youth, their song is played on the radio enough I do not feel like I have to endure Ryan to hear it again.

You should try get Phil Lynott’s uncle Peter on Ask a Broadsheet reader.
He’s an absolute howl and a real character.
Lives out your way too, Bodger.
    Up near Powerscourt.
