I dropped into google earth to look for clues. I notice four massive, derelict, Victorian houses right next-door to the Dublin Regional Homeless Executive HQ on Conyngham Road. I am too cross now to continue looking for clues.

Those belong to state-owned Dublin Bus / CIE who also possess plenty of other derelict lands about Dublin.
Mark 3 carriages awaiting their fate in Heuston yards, so between 2009 and mid 2014. The billboard on Parkgate Street might be a clue if someone can figure out what it is for.
Might it be for the museum?
