It’s unlikely that a lot of those journeys are essential… Those drivers causiong the tailbacks… the Gaurds are just doing their job.
Three months ago I was offered a job up in the hills. A beautiful house with tons of property. It was a simple reshingling job, but I was told that if it was finished within a day, my price would be doubled. Then I realized whose house it was.
Dominick “Babyface” Bambino’s. The gangster. The money was right, but the risk was too big. I knew who he was, and based on that, I passed the job on to a friend of mine. And that week, the Foresci family put a hit on Babyface’s house. My friend was shot and killed. He wasn’t even finished shingling. I’m alive because I knew there were risks involved taking on that particular client. My friend wasn’t so lucky.
Dante?

What??!!!!
Where do you think they’re coming from at 5.30? From work maybe? I was on the M4 about the same time, half of them were trucks trying to go about their business.
Top Tip Time :
Go everywhere with google Maps open and avoid red lines. Simple. I’m working away (permitted to) and avoiding these jams is pretty easy with a tiny weeny bit of forward planning. Honestly, its that easy. Just before you embark on the journey, load up the map and flick ahead on the screen to spot the red line tail backs.
Waze app. Owned by Google, live reporting by Google and app users of traffic, live user reports of checkpoints, road conditions, accidents, roadworks and speed traps also.

There is always one :)
Everybody knows about google maps traffic. Doesn’t help when trying to avoid the motorway blocks out of Dublin unless you’re only going a few km’s extra.
