‘Brennan’s Armageddon’.
A regularly updated twitter feed chronicling an alternative and surreal, if possibly more rational, universe for hapless Paul Brennan, of RTÉ One’s Fair City, played by Tony Tormey.
Poundshop Cold War Steve.
Oh that’s really fresh and funn… oh wait no, it’s a carbon-copy rip-off of Cold War Steve.
Pure thieving without even a tip of the hat to the original creator.
Very shabby indeed
Brutal. It really is Fair City to Cold War Steve’s Breaking Bad.
Holy Plagiarism batman!
Let them eat cake.
Plagiarism eh?
Didn’t stop Denis Leary! Worked out well for him ;)
Don’t say I didn’t warn ye…
I’m currently watching a doc on Cold War Steve on Sky Arts. It’s more than just grim copy n paste to him and his work is being exhibited, not just guerilla pop ups.
Brennan’s Armageddon here. Of course it’s a blatant reflection. A bald, leading man in a national soap opera, caught in a dystopian reality. It’s the Irish version and a bit of dystopian fun.
I love them, Paul.
Yes! Someone who sees reason! It’s just a laff… Christ…
They really tie 2020 together.
And will endeavour to continue that. Thanks for support. It’s an obvious transfer from across the pond using the Irish zeitgeist. And unapologetically so. Happy to keep these RTs going. More before Christmas – Happy chrimbo.
Yours in plagiarism,
Paul
