Mick McLoughlin – Summer in Dublin (Liam Reilly tribute)
The Life of Reilly.
Indomitable Dublin busker Mick McLoughlin pays tribute to the late, great Bagatelle singer Liam Reilly (top), who died this week, with a soulful cover of his iconic Summer In Dublin.
Mick plies his trade on Henry Street which is outside the 5k Dun Laoghaire radius. Ironically enough.
Nick says: 46A OK.
Thanks to Johnny Keenan.

Great stuff
Some man is Mick.
His version of the auld triangle as he walks down Dublín streets is amazing. https://youtu.be/0An6cVi3Y-Q
Particularly as buskers are currently banned from performing.
Saw the Auld Triangle clip a few days ago and really enjoyed it..
Yeah.
Lifted the aul spirits alright :)
Interesting, when the paper mill in Clondalkin closed down the smell from the Liffey stopped..
I recall that Eurovision entry as a bloody good song…..simpler times. RIP, Liam.
As in, Somewhere In Europe.
