A ‘security fence erected at Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly’s home
A new 6ft wooden fence built outsideMinister for Health Stephen Donnelly’s house. Prompted, it is claimed, by ‘a number of incidents’ which apparently included items being thrown at windows and left on the doorstep.
Hmm.
Meanwhile…
Stephen Donnelly’s easy-to-climb-over 6-ft wooden fence, without CCTV or notice of CCTV.
Is it
(1) a security fence
or
(2) a privacy fence which will also reduce road traffic noise pic.twitter.com/CdnV7SZhTE— nwl (@nwl88444048) February 21, 2021
You decide.

Its ugly and I mean I’m no fan of most politicians, but even the biggest sillies shouldn’t be harassed at their home, which I can believe has happened. I presume he has kids.
Precisely. I really felt for Hazel Chu when she detailed the kind of abuse and threats her family had received in the past, particularly in the last year or so.
Stephen Donnelly is no favourite of mine but if people have made threats against his family (and I’d well believe they have – the mob has past form) then he’s absolutely entitled to ensure they feel safe.
Well, that’s me singing “I feel for Chu” in a Chaka Khan voice for the day then…..
I dont believe that objects were thrown at his house. If its true, we would have heard about it weeks ago
You’ll need a trampoline to see into his gaf now
I just stand on an upturned bucket and throw little plastic bags of dog plops at this front door
There’s an undeniable bang of class off you, BB
PM me your address and I’ll pop round and give you the full treatment
roar some obscenities at the kids too, if you like
Consider it done. I’m digging trenches as we speak.
Oh it’s on
Nice work, Agent Barnabas.
I look forward to reading your dossier.
Based upon your post, demonstrably, surprisingly for your self, going around collecting little bags of doggie doings and tossing them or yourself at Donnelly’s door will do zero, zippo and nothing at all to remove him or his fellow FFFGGP clowns from government.
Try getting politically organised and convince your fellow citizens of the merits of your arguments and use voting to oust the useless Donnelly’s of the world. P.S. we live in a democracy make it work!
between you and me, joe, it’s not really doggie poop
that’s just what I told the guards
Hah
Jaysus, the state of that road in the bottom right.
I’d say Slaphead’s fence will last longer than that.
Streisand effect
Back in the day, controversial Fianna Fáil Justice Minister and future Haughey nemesis, Sean Doherty had a four foot wall built – at the taxpayers expense – around his Roscommon home for ‘security reasons’.
Dismissing the public controversy, the Doc joked that the wall was to keep his pint sized FF colleague, Seamus Brennan from ‘looking in’.
Huckleberry & his pals could whitewash that fence.
Has he taken a 50%+ share of the footway, and put pedestrians in danger?
Needs more Boundary Commission.
We are all entitled to feel safe in our own homes; but it seems Mr Donnelly is more entitled than others given that tax payers funds was use to pay for the fence.
I can only see the roof line of his gate lodge, show us the manor!

They forgot to blur the satellite image ffs.
Not like they did with Dinny’s humble abode in Mt Juliet ;)

i think he’s gonna need more fence.
I wounder does he have planning permission. Height restrictions to 1.2m to the front of a house without planning permission.
