Ah sure that was to do with her experience of buying distressed properties – would have been a good one for the auld NAMA dealings.

“Judge Seán Ó Donnabháin sentenced Flynn to four years in prison taking into account his plea and cooperation.
He sentenced Clarke to two years in prison due to a difference in their circumstances.”

What difference in circumstance halves the sentence?

all power to them. looks like a victimless crime to me. could they not have taken a leaf from varadkars book, and just say what they did “wasn’t best practice” and then go home and never think about it ever again.

two solicitors who together could make 200k a year conspiring to rob 400k. They should have been given 10 years each.

A gross headline that encouraged gross comments objectifying womens’ bodies with rebukes from fair minded commenters? Must be our imagination.
