This from a lady (Von der Layden) who plagiarised 44% of her medical PhD.

‘Not a borderline case’ they said (with some understatement).

Seriously, can I not just use my existing Yellow Card, which I have for about 30 years?

  2. Gavin

Hard pass…. 100% healthy following instructions for over a year. Now they want to force a vaccination that is ultimately an experiment based on less than a year of testing and or else I can’t travel or attend events? I’d say under existing EU rules they are going to see a lot of court cases taken if they attempt it.

Shame there isn’t a minus button for this mutton. Always the same line “it hasn’t been tested properly” said the person who doesn’t know a single thing about it. “But I done me research, I watched some YouTube Videos”…

Take your court cases, I’ll be DELIGHTED when your Gemma’s loose heavily. If owned a shop or restaurant I’d be stopping anyone who didn’t have the Vaccine too. I’d make it so you can’t do a damn thing without a Vaccine. Life is too precious to pander to the brazen stupidity of idiots

      1. Micko

        Ummm…

Ye know that vaccines usually take 10 -15 years to safely develop though yeah Noblelocks?

I don’t think you need to watch a YouTube vid or have a degree to know that; (wait for it)

10 Years is a bigger amount of time than 6 months.

The US literally called the program to expedite a vaccine “Operation Warp Speed”

        WARP EFFIN SPEED SCOTTY!!!

But look sure, I shouldn’t really complain – you’ll be doing me a favour really.

I’ve decided I’m gonna hang on a couple of years until myself and my family get the vaccine.

And in the meantime you and your family can test it out for us and make sure it’s safe for us “idiots”.

        Thanks dude ;)

        Yer a legend!

          1. Micko

            Does she get a say?

I’m with herself almost 25 years – we’re practically a hive mind at this stage ;)

And you thought I had opinions of my own… ha ha h…

“What’s that love? No I’m not on the internet complaining again. No, not on Broadsheet again dear. Yes dear, no dear, ok dear…”

            Crap… busted – gotta go.

            Toodles. x

believe it or not, micko, it gives me no pleasure to have to constantly point out your abject stupidity

that is your most imbecilic comment yet

          1. Micko

“Most imbecilic yet” you say. Woohoo!!!

So outta 10 what would you give it? Don’t hold back now.

            9, or 9.5? 10 even? Do I dare to dream…

I might get that post framed and stick in the jacks so every time I have a crap – i can think of you BB.

Except Gavin is absolutely right. The stage 3 tests are the first few hundred thousand members of the public receiving the vaccines. Everyone getting it now and for the next year in fact. This was even confirmed by Prof Luke O’Neill. They cannot possibly know of mid to long term effects with just approx. 6 months of testing, for obvious reasons. Yes, court cases will be perfectly justifed and have a strong chance of success. The problem with the government’s response has been that the average idiot on the street (like Noble here) thinks that the pandemic is a licence to infringe upon any and all Constitutional Rights without limitation. All such impositions on our Rights must be proportionate to the threat posed. This virus very clearly does not pose such a threat that we can do away with our basic freedoms and rights. Where we know vaccinated people can still contract and transmit the virus, one has to ask what exactly is the point of these vaccine passports? How can one justify denying a citizen access to services and venues, or their Constitutional Right to Travel based on a such a flawed and illogical system? They are so obviously desired by the governments of the world even before they have any logical reason for public consumption for them to exist.

        1. Bitnboxy

“They are so obviously desired by the governments of the world..”

Crikey but the pandemic does bring out the crays.

          Take a bow E’Matty.

Great nice to see we are able to offer an alternative point of view without descending to insults straight away, what is wrong with you NobleLocks (No chance of your actual real name). Its this very lack of tolerance and empathy for other people’s views that drive people to the extremes of debates like this. I mean its not even possible to respond to what you’re saying as its just a bunch of ranting and insults. And as far as Im aware I haven’t commented before on COVID and I would certainly have no time for Gemma and her band of loons, but based on your rabid reply you sound like you’d sit quite well with that lot.

  3. eamonn

Mandatory but not compulsory, or some such.
Bodily integrity, sure, why would you be worried about that ?
    Thank EU
Elsewhere I see Leo looking to emulate the Israeli govt. with a vaccination passport too – what could go wrong.
Easy to see how trust is such an issue

A digital Europe-wide vaccine and testing app is vital for the Med economies hoping to get their summer tourist season up and running.
It’ll also help boost vaccine take-up.
Vaccine-less chumps sat at home watching their mates having it large in Ibiza will soon sort them out.
And there’s a tsunami of saved-up cash waiting the flood out of the banks.
2021 is going to be one hell of a summer in the sun for any country which has its vaccine roll-out sorted.
    Oh wait …

    2. Papi

      Stellar contribution as usual.
      Oh, wait, no.
It’s trash. So, your normal level.
      #allaboutthebantz
      Having fun yet?

  5. Micko

“Well gee golly wizz, looks like we’re gonna need some new conspiracy theories there pardner”

“All my ones from 2020 came true – gosh darn it!” ;p

  6. Ron

Council of Europe Resolution 2361, states that vaccinations should not be mandatory. Furthermore, persons who have not been vaccinated may not be discriminated against in any way. This effectively stops the notion of “vaccine passports”.

ROQU, the company behind the 14 million HSE Ventilators contract is currently trying to sell this.

    1. Micko

ROQU are apparently no longer working with the HSE.

The HSE have appointed solicitors to go after the dosh.

Question is – who the hell in the HSE thought it was a good idea to hire an events company that had zero experience in medicine to acquire ventilators?

I can just see yer man Quirke at the time, frantically scrambling on AliBaba trying to get ventilators. Hardly able to believe his luck ;)
