            not quite a Marxist-Leninist, no

how is a question an argument? might you be a little thin skinned ?

Your selected quote from Ben was applied to your previously stated politically beliefs for the purpose of humour. You started the day very negatively and I wanted to point that out.

          3. Brother Barnabas

ben enjoys a back and forth

it’s not a negative – if you take it that way, perhaps says more about yourself

I hope you have all packed your bags and boarded the Bitcoin rocketship.

Who would have thought excessive Quantative Easing, stimulus packages, money printing and general currency debasement would have led to asset price inflation? And that it would send the the internet of money into the stratosphere?

Well a lot of people, companies are now adopting Bitcoin as a treasury reserve asset. BlackRock, Schawb and Fidelity are poised to enter the arena. Tesla, Square, Twitter and MicroStrategy are already HODLers.

This is the cyber gold rush.

I know of a bank that was getting involved in bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies a few years ago. They stopped when they decided it was largely used by those involved in crime, drugs, child slavery, etc.

      1. MaryLou's ArmaLite

Can you name a major bank that hasn’t been found to be involved in money laundering Trillions of Dollars?

      2. Scundered

The amount of criminal activity using ordinary fiat money is infinitely more than that of crypto, plus every crypto transaction is recorded in the blockchain. So the criminal angle is beyond stupid as a comparison when you look into it.

          1. MaryLou's ArmaLite

            It doesn’t have an owner.

It is distributed across multiple servers, I have a full node on a RaspberryPi.

I had a chance at buying BTC at $100. Passed it up coz I didn’t understand BTC. When it hit $2000 I thought it might be at a top but considered buying again…asked every smart person I could for their thoughts, listened to ‘experts’…everyone said it was a scam…so I passed it up again….$50k now. And you know what? It’s still not too late to get onboard. Nobody has bought in yet and the big money has only begun dipping toes. Point is everyone has a good argument both for and against Bitcoin…..if you listen to them all and look at BTC without personal prejudice you’re gonna come up 50/50. I personally like those odds.

I was a total sceptic. 18 months ago my employer began to make moves in the area, last year I began to study it.

I was blown away. I have yet to meet a person with a computer science background (mine) and some understanding of financial services/macro economics (my employer), who objectively studies it and comes away thinking it a scam.

I work in equities, but it is the fixed income guys that are both salivating and terrified by this. A financial instrument than appreciates in value and can generate a yield – this is the holy grail. Cash loses value but can generate a yield via bonds, gold has no yield but increases in value.

Bitcoin is increasing in value and with the advent of Decentralised Finance can now be used to generate modest yeild.

I recommend reading the Bullish Case for Bitcoin by Vijay Boyapati, a bit dated but still a great read. https://vijayboyapati.medium.com/the-bullish-case-for-bitcoin-6ecc8bdecc1

        1. Johnny

…I work in equites = day trader.
‘Work in equites’ no one no one says that anywhere except day traders.
Fixed income – what’s that again who calls it that – oh yeah hi I work on the fixed income desk in 1980’s movies…..
          Oh on Reddit you mean…..

You spread hatred, division and bigotry on here.

          1. MaryLou's ArmaLite

I think you are confused, I dislike Sinn Fein/IRA types, but I don’t have problems with others.

          2. johnny

your a delusional old fool and bigot-MEDIUM that’s your link on coin..HAHAHAHA

oh the 80’s called they need you at the fixed income desk-HHAHA LOL LOL LOL

yeah good luck in ‘equities’……it’s certainly not research and you most definitely are no quant, you’re a two dollar day trader….

          3. username already taken

The terms Fixed Income and Equities are used ubiquitously in Financial Services.

          4. johnny

            -by who ?
..what is Financial Services-like seriously what is it,you think ‘mary’ works in Financial Services and comes on here as “MaryLou’s ArmaLite” that’s your best thinking today.
you should also sell everything and buy coin, everything that’s not nailed down sell it..

          5. username already in use

Seriously Johnny, you need to check yourself.

These are industry standard terms, if you are not familiar with them fine, but don’t attacked people just because you don’t know them.

From my perspective, the hate and bigotry on this thread is coming from you.

I started mining years ago but gave it up because it’s was too much of a handful and just traded. Believe it or not at one stage I had 5000 or so of those little nuggets. I sold a bunch over the years. Mostly to diversify and buy some property and make other investments. I gifted some too to family and while they had no idea what it was I wanna gifting them at the time what I was giving them they sure as hell do now and are very pleased. I still have plenty left and sweet baby Jesus, 60k reached over the weekend. Tempted to flog a bit and stick it to bullion just for the sport of it. Im still programmed, compelled to diversify because as much and all as I believe in bitcoin, it still has the potential to fluctuate wildly. I do see it hitting 100k, just didn’t think I’d see it happen so soon.

Now, you might ask why this is happening. Good question. Because it’s possible to see the blockchain ledger publicly, we’re seeing very large transactions taking place. Meaning institutional investors are now buying in. If you have a few quid to spare, buy in. I’m certain you won’t regret it.

      1. Brother Barnabas

        fair play, rosette

I looked at it 4 or 5 times over the years but shied away each time – I still dont fully understand it

a trader friend who’s fairly conventional in his professional dealings has been piling in for the last while and swears by it

      2. MaryLou's ArmaLite

There is still a long way to go in this but expect volatility ahead. Expect a 50% drawdown at some point, but a 10x from here is on the cards, as an asset class that puts it on a par with Gold.

I don’t balance between Bitcoin and the other assets, the asymmetric upside is too much to ignore and I’d be losing alpha for no reason.

If you need to access the funds locked up in Bitcoin, there are several companies now offering over-colateralised loans against Bitcoin, so you don’t sell, don’t realise a gain, don’t pay taxes and keep the potential upside. This is all very new and interest rates are a little high, but that will change over time.

        1. Rosette of Sirius

ML, I completely agree. I suppose I just look to play around with other investments for a bit of sport. My days, however, of selling coin to fund hard asset purchases are long over. That said, I’ve enough diversified assets outside of coin that attracts lots of attentive account management from my primary bank. It’s funny really.

BTW, ML, I’ve also dabbled in Etherium and Litecoin for the longhaul. You?

As much and all as I see the potential for volatility, personally i think there’s a lot more volatility for FIAT currency give what’s happening around the world. It’s a solid bet.

Again, I’ll say it, set yourselves up on Coinbase or whatever platform interests you and buy in with what you can afford (to lose, like any investment).

In 10 years you’ll thank me.

          1. ce

If only Bit Coin etc. could be manipulated enough to divert speculation from the property markets and certain other commodities… people buying houses and investing in multiple properties here and abroad and then complaining that their kids/young people can’t afford to rent places nevermind buy a place… meanwhile most extremely large companies sitting on vast reserves of cold hard cash and doing nothing with it…. what could go wrong.

A fun face from the Yukon Gold Rush – the people selling the equipment to the miners made, by far, the most money. A tiny proportion of the miners ended up with money in the long run, although most said they’d still do it all over again for the adventure.

          2. MaryLou's ArmaLite

I have accounts with a few of the major exchanges. Kraken is my preferred exchange for fees, security, reliability and stability. Binance is quite good too. Coinbase has been top for years, but they upped their fees recently and have stability issues.

Avoid Revolut, PayPal and any other platform that does not allow you to move your Bitcoin keys from the platform to a personal wallet.

          3. Rosette of Sirius

I use Kraken too these days. I only reference Coinbase as it’s perhaps the most consumer friendly way to get set up.

And yeah. Stay away from Revolut. You’re not actually buying the coin with them and their fees are crazy. But it is an easy way both make and lose a quick buck.

          4. Brother Barnabas

never been able to use kraken – couldnt get past the verify identity step

            crashes, freezes, errors

          5. Rosette of Sirius

Perseverance. Same with Coinbase. Takes time. For example, passport cards won’t work. Full size passports will. Sending pdf of utility bill will work, scan or photo of a bill won’t.

          6. Johnny

…it’s called the ‘pick and shovel strategy’ …say like designing and building state the art indoor (weed) farms,in the midst of a boom or ‘green gold rush’….stoned all day yeah sure:)

You really don’t have a clue.

‘-Mary “ is a man and a old bigot and misogynist who spreads hatred on here, shame on you guys engaging.

          7. Rosette of Sirius

Seriously man, you’re out of order here…we’re all just trying to have a friendly chat on bitcoin with some hopefully helpful advice for those thinking of investing.

          8. johnny

..a friendly chat about ‘coin on here, some helpful advice, here’s some try not engage with old misogynistic day traders, con men and bigots, that’s free.

          9. goldenbrown

ugh, stupidly chickened out of buying 5 back in 2018
then, last Jan I decided, yep that’s it I’m buying one, ’twas around the 8.5k mark at the time even got myself a little trezor fob but then the covid crash came and I kinda sidelined it as I had other more pressing life matters to deal with

although deep down something just doesn’t feel right about it (the idea of owning some just confuses me inside weirdly) I must admit feeling a little bit bitter watching it now….still not sure I understand what’s going last 6 months, whole stockmarket seems like a casino

question for all you super smart people who bought in – what’s the tax scenario around BTC exactly in Ireland? is it simply CGT @33%?

          1. johnny

Have a great day V and Rosie, mothers day in states a few weeks away, but it is a glorious sunny day, heading Vermont for few days hiking.

Rosie-this is good on coin, its used extensively in cannabis.

“The standard economic textbook view is that for a currency to be credible, it must serve as a means of exchange, a store of value, and a unit of account. ”

Bitcoin does not,due to its vol. nor do any other ‘coin satisfy the above, not enough evidence as a ‘store of value’ yet,so it’s highly speculative.

Bitcoin is the hypercapitalist dystopian nightmare of the future. Criminals use it now to get away with murder, but it’s ultra-democratic so everyone can buy in! Imagine what billionaires, corporations, banks and politicians will be able to get away with using it. Milo Minderbender couldn’t have done better.

          1. MaryLou's ArmaLite

If you wanted to launder money there are much better choices in the Crypto space. Monero is completely anonymous and untraceable, Bitcoin is pseudo anonymous.

But quite honestly, HSBC should be your first port of call.

  2. benblack

Disgraceful behaviour in London and beyond – Covidiots!

    Super-spreader event.

Thoughtless, selfish people – giving the two-fingers to all of us in lockdown.

Full force of the law, I say.

    1. benblack

      90% of which were female.

      Women are spreading Covid.

      Curfews for all women.

And they murder more unborn babies daily than men murder women in years.

        1. Brother Barnabas

not just the rant – illusion that you might have something intelligent to contribute is over

          1. Bitnboxy

+1 Surprised BenBlack’s “murder” comment made it past the moderator.

Crikey – some nasty folks on here. And I thought GiggidyPox was bad.

          2. ce

Great, more potential virus spread = longer lockdown = more people forced to endure isolation trapped in violent ‘homes’

            Well played all

Police actions were also totally daft

  3. Steph Pinker

Hello BS, this is an outlandish request, but is there any chance you could try to manipulate, connive, borrow, cadge or sell your bodies to inveigle an interview with Adam Curtis? It’d be even more interesting if David Langwallner could also participate on the panel – I’ll set my alarm?

    1. Micko

      That’d be amazing!

I’m just in the middle of his last work “Can’t get you out of my head”.

      Deadly idea Steph

        1. Janet, dreams of an alternate universe

Tis, I timed that well, thanks a mill, I’m sitting here waiting for my curry :) surrounded by flowers,
it’s not a bad old life

    1. Bitnboxy

I would have thought you would be more likely to attend such an event GiggidyPox as opposed to leading the charge for them fall foul of the government guidelines and restrictions!

You certainly were supportive of the Dublin thug riots- remember you claimed the firework thrower was some misguided young lad- not the dysfunctional “father” of 4 eventually arrested.

      1. GiggidyGoo

        Which ‘riots’ were they?

Plus, OK I got an age wrong. But……….
I also would have put you down as 40+, but it’s actually 12 or so. ROFL! Or so – yep, you’re some ‘or so’ alright.

        1. Bitnboxy

You know what you were up to GiggidyPox. Trying to make out this was one errant ruffian in a sea of the reasonably concerned, when much to your delight, the event was a pre-planned violent melee by a large group of dysfunctionals and neer-do-wells intent on chaos.
You know, folks with whom you have common cause.

Boxy is not tolerating fools or your nonsense this morning GiggidyPox. Lol

          1. GiggidyGoo

Which ‘riots’ were they? Simple question. Even a simpleton like yourself should be able to answer – No?

          2. Bitnboxy

Why are you coming over all coy GiggidyPox when you just admitted that you got the age of the arrested firework thrower (deliberately) wrong thus implying you know exactly the reference?!

Simpleton is such a basic jibe particularly given your poor spelling.

            Tut, tut, tut.

          3. GiggidyGoo

Which riots were they? Simple question, yet simpleton can’t answer. ROFL!

It’s a pleasure watching you being owned. I can call you out here anytime, and you come running, and having your posts moderated. Ever wondered how easy it is for me to supply links to your posts? Ha haaaaa.

          4. Bitnboxy

Owned! Heehee. The stench of GiggidyPox’s delusion.

            1. I got you to admit that you deliberately got the age of the firework thrower wrong;
            2. Boxy matters so much to you that you Giggz are so addled, bookmarking and scraping BS for some imaginary slam-dunk that never happens, when…

nobody, literally nobody, cares but you GiggidyPox.

Now, that is what I call being owned by Boxy!

            Chortle!

How is your Sunday going? :-p

          5. Bitnboxy

Cheer up GiggidyPox: a lowly bully like you never likes the taste of their own medicine.

            Boxy wins!

            Echopraxia my derrière!

          6. Bitnboxy

Oh, there sure is steam coming from your ears today GiggidyPox!

Maybe the docs in the BRU – Bully Resuscitation Unit can help?

Don’t you love the comments of other posters about this nuttery.

            Mwahahaha!

Boxy bait is like catnip for you.

Seriously though, is your Sunday even better than your Saturday?! No need to thank Boxy!

  4. benblack

Anyone else catch the Starlink train of satellites(60 in a line) flying across the sky around 5:20 this morning?

    Incredible sight.

  5. Jdawgs

Where would one view this Irish Ace video? Asking for a friend. Jokes. Maybe. Maybe not :-)

    1. Quasi

So when you’re not reading and posting, you’re reading old posts from over a year ago? Mental.

      1. Brother Barnabas

maybe give the bullying and harassment of other commenters a miss today

        for everyone’s sake, like

        1. Quasi

Barnabas, you bring family into public spats on the Internet.

Of course you think I’m Salmons GG. He has you embarrassing yourselves on a daily basis. You’re all either too dumb to see it or too proud to admit you enjoy it.

          1. Brother Barnabas

“Of course you think I’m Salmons GG”

hate to burst that bubble – but, no, I dont think anything at all of you, have never given you a moment’s thought. and dont actually even know what “Salmons GG” is.

          2. Bitnboxy

            Guffaw!

I see the fruit and nut brigade (Charage and GiggidyPox) are out early on a Sunday above. So Quasi is the new Charage? Why bother changing? Giggidy still maintains McCabe is not their alias (sure, Jan). Something, something about Brother B and family (never noticed). Hard to keep up but it keeps them going I guess!

Ready for R2 GiggidyPox? Your aul fatigue-induced ECHOPRAXIA meant your ripostes were subpar yesterday. All I got were the greatest hits.

            No excuses today!

(I see GiggidyPox was not stalking the comment forum desperately replying to Boxy at 5am this time – small mercies – lol).

Giggidy: Advice the noun is not spelled with an S. This is the second time I have explained this to you- FFS. Advise with an S is a verb you twit.

          3. GiggidyGoo

            ROFL!
Unfortunately I own the Boxy, and am now part owner of the newly-born (or should I say, Born Again) Quasi. One more and we’ll have the Holy Trinity. The lingo is as good as fingerprints. ROFL.
            Beetlejuice x 6
            Ha haaaaaaa.

          4. Bitnboxy

No GiggidyPox, you own two eye bags from all d’aul night shifts, a high-viz vest for the night shift at Dublin Port and a large overdraft.

What you don’t own: a dictionary and your scruples.

At what point do you say to yourself that your behaviour on here is not healthy GiggidyPox?

            #Boxykeepingitreal

          5. GiggidyGoo

Hashtags? Hashtags? This isn’t Twitter. Twitter is for twits. You should stay there.
            ROFL!

          6. Bitnboxy

Ha! You’re literally the most likely to have a Twitter troll account if not multiple GiggidyPox.

Bitter taste your own medicine, eh?

            #Sorrynotsorry

        2. Ghost Of Yep

GG. GiggidyGoo. He claimed I was someone else i assumed to be Salmons. Now it’s Mick.

“given you a moment’s thought”. Yet you keep replying. Maybe try to understand why.

          1. Bitnboxy

GiggidyPox makes a lot of “claims” and is the cuddly and loveable resident anti-everything troll. From migrants to the HPV vaccine, they are against it.

Of course, everyone has an alias, except the No.1 Broadsheet troll, GiggidyPox.

Still, Giggidy is good for a wind-up. They’ll literally spend all day thrashing about to get the last word. It can be amusing to see them flail.

Too tip: the more lols and rofls GiggidyPox adds to their posts, the more steam is coming from their ears! Isn’t that so, GiggidyPox?!

            Heehee

          2. GiggidyGoo

I pity your family Boxy. You’d be a dangerous individual to be living with. Quick to fly off the hook, shouting.
Take MacCabes advise (correct the spelling, but take it though)
            Echopraxia

          3. Bitnboxy

Oh dear, temper, temper GiggidyPox and on Mother’s Day. I have never had anything but pity for your own kin Giggidy, as you well know.

            I’d recommend anger management.

I see you have a dark side not to mention the delusion that McCabe is not your alias.

            Yikes! (and Bless).

            :-p

          4. Bitnboxy

@Ce OR the first to use the most Lols, Rofls, Haha Hahas etc. etc.!

Shall I call you a wambulance GiggidyPox?

You are in desperate need of the BRU: Bully Resuscitation Unit!

@Nigel Fun fact: Giggz once claimed to have a “respected presence” on here.

GiggidyPox, will now trip over themselves roaring about links!

“you two are the ali/frazier, ferrari/lamborghini, oasis/blur, messi/ronaldo of BS”

            More like Jedward
            :-P

          15. GiggidyGoo

@Cian. Maybe concentrate on Varadkar vs. Harris & Harris. That spat will be interesting.

          16. Bitnboxy

Ha! Jedward – I like it. But I’m not sure poor aul GiggidyPox has even the grey matter to match either of the twins.

Giggz – what do you think of our double act? I’m here for it.

Uh-oh, is that steam from you ears AGAIN?!

  6. Charlie

RIP Marvin Hagler. Alan Minter was the great British hope in 1980. Unbeatable. Then he came up against Marvin Hagler who destroyed him. The UK crowd reacted in notoriously disgraceful fashion (like they do at so many sporting events). Minter later apologised for losing to a black man. Charming! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbrfPH7PFM4

    1. bertie blenkinsop

I think you have that wrong, from memory.
I think Minter said BEFORE the fight that he didn’t intend losing to “that black man”.
Either way a stupid thing to say but still somewhat different.
Absolute slaughter ringside after the fight as well iirc.

They were the golden days of boxing, I remember my Da would always let me stay up to watch the fights, a lot of kids miss out on that now the big fights are PPV.

      1. ce

Yeah, so sad they can’t see people beat the heads of each other in front of baying crowds … they just don’t know what they’re missing, the stupid can’t afford PPV snowflakes

        1. Bertie blenkinsop

Okay, let me qualify my statement.
IF you like boxing, which I do and did growing up, I’m glad that I had the opportunity to watch the fights for free on terrestrial television.
          Better?
          Have a Snickers…

      2. Charlie

Before or after, does it matter? I think the nasty suggestion is clear. The crowd thought Hagler had used his head too much. Fact was he bate the livin merda out of Union Jack underpants boy.

        1. bertie blenkinsop

          It does matter, yes.
You said he apologised for losing to a black man.
          That’s not what happened.
Sections of the crowd were undeniably racist however, hence the riot.

          1. Charlie

Settle. Don’t you get it? Minter was also a racist. He said “he did not intend to lose his title to a black man”. Minter was favourite to win the fight. The nationalistic crowd whistled during the US national anthem. Minter arrived into the ring behind a Union flag and St. George’s Cross. God save the Queen blared and the crowd were in a frenzy. Minter was badly cut during the first round. Hagler was brilliant and the fight was stopped in the third. Many subsequent fight promotions banned the use of the National anthem.

          2. bertie blenkinsop

Charlie, it’s okay to admit you’re wrong on occasion.
            This is one of them.
Happy to educate and inform you going forward when needed.

          3. Charlie

Will do. Should you require some advice on how to interpret the point of a post or how to cure the craving to be the centre of attention, just call Dr Charlie x

          4. ce

hahahahah – you wouldn’t want the spectacle of people beating the head out of each other get out of hand, better not play the anthem and hide the flags just in case… Dr.Strangelove comes to mind…

          5. ce

I don’t have a problem with amateur boxing etc.

Professional Boxing and UFC… utter nonsense that makes politics look legit and keeps the plebs sedated

Bread, circuses, and beating the heads off each other…. huzzah!

          6. Charlie

I agree to an extent. I’d sooner watch amateur boxing than the glitzy/trash talking/money waving pro game. It also attracts the armchair knowalls who never boxed a day in their life. My Dad used to bring me to the Stadium back in the day to watch international amateur boxing. Loved it.

Shortly before Hagler’s passing, Tommy ‘Hit Man’ Hearns posted this message about him on Instagram:

“A real true warrior Pray for the king and his family.. he’s in ICU fighting the after effects of the vaccine! He’ll be just fine but we could use the positive energy and Prayer for his Full Recovery!”

I see that Dr. Hooman Noorchashm has also commented on Twitter:about Hagler’s passing. Noorchashm has previously warned that if viral antigens are present in the body at time of vaccination, there’s a potential the vaccine can incite an auto-immune response which could be lethal to elderly and frail patients – :

      https://twitter.com/noorchashm/status/1370980792462151683

‘Wait for it…Wait for it….Wait for our public health officials and the press to say it:

“Unrelated”. “not linked”. “Vaccine is safe”.

But did Mr. Hagler have a recent or occult SARS-CoV-2 infection at the time of his vaccination?

      #ScreenB4Vaccine’

…but, but that annual sf dinner, self funded, unlike this dysfunctional disaster.

‘The Irish government, which has given nearly $1 million to the society since 2008, has publicly decried the proposed sale, while dozens of prominent artists and business leaders have joined nearly 30,000 others in petitioning the state attorney general to step in.‘

They don’t deserve own this building, its a kip inside a total disgrace, the irish govt should place a lien on the building and demand, the states money back due malfeasance and fraud,it’s going sell for 50 million ish.

“nearly $1 million to the society since 2008”
SOunds impressive until you do some maths.
      “nearly €840K in 14 years;”
      or
” less than €60,000 per year”.

..just maths Cian, how to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, the FF/FG way.

For all the mammies out there this mother’s day. I read this poem first as a teen, completely missing the point of it and allowing myself to be led by the ‘myth’ of Sylvia Plath. It was only with motherhood that I understood the true depth and duality of meaning behind this little poem. To every mother who knows the double-edged sword of motherhood. Happy Mother’s Day, my loves xx

    Child

Your clear eye is the one absolutely beautiful thing.
I want to fill it with color and ducks,
    The zoo of the new

    Whose name you meditate –
    April snowdrop, Indian pipe
    Little

    Stalk without wrinkle,
    Pool in which images
    Should be grand and classical

    Not this troublous
    Wringing of hands, this dark
    Ceiling without a star.

    1. Bitnboxy

+1 Child is often misconstrued as dark when it is in fact the opposite: a mother’s wish for the best life for her child and her sense of responsibility for this.

    2. Clampers Outside

Never read this before, thanks Millie… I’ll need a few reads to take it in :)

Relieved Mammy and Daddy Chainsaw got the Pfizer jab, rather than the British AstraZeneca one.

Given the truly awful crap you have posted about migrants on here – that joke falls flat GiggidyPox.

Dear oh dear, so wound up today GiggidyPox. I don’t for one moment believe the ROFLs.

You’ll be looked after by a lovely doctor in the BRU – Bully Resuscitation Unit.

I do hope you are not on the night shift later.

            Get well soon,

            Boxy.

          2. Bitnboxy

Linky McLink for you on your anti-migrant intolerance GiggidyGoo.

V aka Frilly Keane gave you a dose of reality on St. Stephen’s Day:

“Oddly enough I originally viewed GooGoo as a wandering traveller over from Gript – particularly their ( then anyway) views on immigration
Which I personally found – and still do, extremely tasteless and intolerant. And faced into it myself, and extracted reactions only fit for a transition year parents WhatsApp group

They definitely have a poor memory recall as to when they started posting here and about what they’ve posted

And who they championed and sided with here
Johnny Keenan even quoted them one time on bs.tv

Which makes me think it’s now a shared Account
Possibly a Mr & Mrs, via the household tablet…”

So your link is to someone else’s opinion? That’s it? Ha haaaaa. Echopraxia.

That was an interesting thread which you exited from with your tail between your hooves.

Get yourself seen to for gods sake. You’re in a bad place.

Feed the line, reel you in.

          4. Bitnboxy

Oooh – Boxy has got to your hateful anti-migrant self today GiggidyPox! Very wound-up – there, there.

You are not at all keen on bullish Boxy serving you a taste of your own bully medicine now are you?

Oh and I exited that thread because it was St. Stephen’s Day ya twit! but it appears to have taken up your own entire St. Stephen’s Day (much to Boxy’s delight) as you spewed out insults at all and sundry.

You don’t have to thank Boxy! :-p

          5. GiggidyGoo

            ROFL.
Thick as mince. ‘ It was Stephens day’ ROFL. And today’s excuse will be what? ‘it was Mothers day’.
So much fun today watching your meltdown. Don’t stop please.
Feed the line, reel you in.

          6. Bitnboxy

It took one little comment grenade and Boxy made sure you had a lovely St Stephen’s Day GiggidyPox. You even swore never to engage with moi again! How did that go?!

The meltdown, as evidenced by your “ripostes” today is entirely yours – very Giggidypraxic even!

            *whistles*

            Naughty Boxy! :-p

Delighted for you all, An Nóinín na nóiníní. And of course it’s not racist at all to have any kind of antipathy towards things Sasanach – it’s genetic.

Nice level of dumb in the Times today:

    http://www.irishtimes.com/business/financial-services/chris-johns-obsession-with-zero-covid-not-what-the-doctor-ordered-1.4509945

hmm – Economists who are essentially fortune tellers (2008 serving as a good indicator of most of their powers of observation) and experts with direct real world experiences in managing epidemics and pandemics… using a term like ‘credentialism’ in this case is an anti-intellectual slur… This is not a game, and is not helped by a vacuous spout of an opinion piece… keep up the good work… vaccines will save us all…

    1. ce

Sure, we’ll get a few quid off… now, is the date on the bottles a “Best Before” date or “Use By” date

We thought Astra Zeneca’s dose is
The one with a better prognosis
Now it seems that it’s not,
It might give you a clot:
        The medical term being thrombosis.
