Pub owners should bar all Irish politicians from their pubs for life after this Lockdown rubbish. My friends and I have agreed that whenever we see an Irish politician trying to enjoy normal life, we will ensure they don’t.

Totally agree with this action E’Matty. I have my little black book with names, including politicians, developers and bankers etc. that when I see them out in public between now and the end of my days I will make sure they feel my wrath.

Bit confused here? So we shouldn’t have locked pubs down? What should we have done. Genuine question

Suppose he’ll have to have one some day.
Nanny pretends he’s had one, but it’s all lies.

Man who owns public house assaults member of the public… perhaps one who they politically disagree with, but I wonder if he’d do the same to the Handshaking Haystack who directly contribute to several of the 150000 deaths in the UK… take back control…

You do know Boris is not responsible for the health services or pandemic reponses in the devolved governments of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland ?
And that all three of those countries chose to follow exactly the same scientific advice that England did ?

Of course you don’t because you have the brains of a rocking horse.

          https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/details/deaths

Alternatively, if cases per million aren’t your “bag,” try deaths per million:

Deaths within 28 days of positive test by area
          England: 198.9
          Wales: 175.7
          Scotland: 139.9
          NI: 112.7

Deaths with COVID-19 on the death certificate by area
          Wales: 247
          England: 228.6
          Scotland: 182.7
          NI: 154

I’d attempt to explain to you that England is more densely populated than the other countries with urban connurbations more closely connected and is a global hub through London airports and per milllion of population there are 12 other countries in Europe ahead of the UK but I reckon I’d have better success getting through to the rocking horse.

Who said anything about the rest of Europe? By the numbers, England is doing the worst by almost all metrics in the UK, based on data from Her Majesty’s Government no less.

I will say that it was a sneaky trick for England to become so populous and urban connurbatory just as it was struck by a highly-transmissible, deadly virus. Not sporting. There was simply no way to see those rates of transmission coming.

” Who said anything about the rest of Europe ? ”
Er, you compared the UK figures to Ireland.
The Ireland that registered the worst Covid infection rates in the world in January despite having one of the toughest and longest lockdowns.
You do know Ireland is in Europe ?
Or is it just the old inferiority complex making its customary appearance ?
            Keep trying Chump.

          3. Papi

Now the racist figures out Ireland is not engurland.
Only took a year and when it suits him, the hypocrite.

I get that it’s hard to acknowledge that Boris Johnson’s England fared worst of the four constituent entities of the UK, but the sooner you reconcile yourself to that fact the easier it will be to move on.

His personal actions – irresponsibly shaking hands with Covid patients despite being warned of the dangers likely lead to the severe illness and deaths of other… he repeatedly and willfully ignored the scientific advice…

A selection of videos with Boris talking about this… which you know, but for whatever reason, choose to ignore …

What’s the legal grounds for someone’s bodyguard roughing you up on your own property?

    1. scottser

Looked to me like the landlord was trying to rough up an MP but was restrained from doing so by his security team.

    2. George

He’s aggressively going after him and shouting at him to get out while he is between him and the exit. I don’t think his claims of assault would stand up.
