I could not be more bored about this total BS.

Both are guilty of the vice of unparalleled greed. UEFA are only upset as these numpties saw a catastrophic loss of cash with the creation of this “Super League” itself motivated by eye-watering greed. Then we have the hilarious spectacle of every and any politician across Europe tripping over themselves to proffer an opinion and proclaim guff about “sportsmanship”. Still, I don’t blame them as it gives them a handy and instant platform to canvass the ordinary man and woman (with whom most have zilch in common) but one cannot help being a cynic as the reality is most of these politicians couldn’t give a flying frig about football but they do know it is wildly popular among the masses and takes up a huge amount of print and all other media.

Give me GAA any day over these monstrous soccer shenanigans!

Fupp the GAA and all. Now there’s an insanely greedy organisation. Pulling in crazy money and not a penny to the players. It’s the most Irish run organisation. Stiff the people doing all the work and divvy up the spoils amongst the top brass and their pals.

It all seems so odd, being up in arms about the monetisation of football… that happened years ago. It’s just a business now. Been like that for a long time.

I think it is just the scale of it all and the money (and shady people Sheiks, Oligarchs etc.) involved. Insanity.
