The longer the Tories are in power in London, the quicker Scottish independence and a united Ireland will happen.

Praise be, His Holiness Dr Holohan has issued another decree. This time, vaccinated Irish grandparents have been bestowed the right to hug their grandchildren without the use of masks! And more household privileges for the vaccinated too. Only a few crumbs given to the unvaccinated heathens though.

Talk about acting out the theatre of the absurd. Please Tony and the rest of them, come to your senses and stop pretending you have the ability – never mind the right – to micromanage the lives of Irish citizens in such a way.. It comes across as extremely condescending and creepy

    Yours sincerely,

Had a nice day in town. For the most part there was a more upbeat atmosphere with some things beginning to reopen and people seemed to have been making room for each other. Anyway…

While walking towards and passed the weekly anti-mask, vax, etc. etc…. anti everything really, except Tri-colours … the main speaker with a megaphone was quoting some Carl Heneghan factoids…. and then the best bit… He said, and I quote “But the serious thing people is that the mask wearing is creating a ritual. A ritual, it’s Satanic. In Satanic rituals they wear masks, in Satanic rituals they stand two meters apart and wear mask.”

Then I went on my merry way to get a take away curry, and very nice it was too

Bad auld does in India, Brazil, Nepal etc… all the same

    Eoghan Harris on Drive Time.
Priceless, he will be missed. They just don’t make them like they used to.

    1. Cú Chulainn

They do… it just takes a lifetime of seasoned indulgence, privilege and being a sanctimonious hypocrite to turn out the like of Ms. Pym

      1. Steph Pinker

        Béal Na Blah Blah Blah…

I’d say Neil Jordan is not enjoying this at all, at all, at all.

Paul Schilling gets a two year suspended sentence for looking at child porn. WTF is wrong with this country and protecting children? He should be registered as a sex offender and have to go to counselling to understand how he’s absolutely destroyed and exploited young children. He’s the reason that sick industry keeps going.

I’m so fed up with the weak attitude to sex offences. He carries on with his life whilst god knows the misery he’s inflicted on those kids.

    1. Cú Chulainn

It is shocking beyond all measure.. reported by the FBI and the Guards accept he only looked at 3 images of children being raped..!!!! More like that’s as much as they decided to find.. deeply disturbing decision..

    2. Daisy Chainsaw

Calling it child porn makes it sound like the child is somehow complicit. It’s child rape and sex abuse images.

+1 to all of these comments.

It’s a fupping disgrace. Anyone found guilty of child sex abuse should be chemically castrated and locked away.

      1. Papi

Far too merciful. They should be subject to the worst that can happen to the human body and mind and dumped at sea. Special place in hell for child abusers.

        1. goldenbrown

          careful now Papi….

as Four Laptops Harris helpfully pointed out once upon a time in his oul diary, in defence of poet Cathal Ó Searcaigh (who admitted buying gifts for and ridin 16 year old lads whilst on charidee gigs in Nepal)

that Ó Searcaigh was not a paedophile but rather a paederast a sexual preference which was common among the great philosophers of Ancient Greece

          grand so

(“fairytale ending so sad and predictable” the link to the story appears to be freaking out the broadsheet blogger engine but you won’t have to look too far to find it)

    1. Cú Chulainn

No chance… Charger has a sense of humour (warped – for sure) but still there.. unlike Ms Pym…

        1. Cú Chulainn

I did say warped.. the the old dear, holed up in a step down facility in Cork, bad and all as he is, has nothing of the malevolence of Ms. Pym.. an ogre on another scale altogether.. but, a question: is this more about a certain newspaper changing tact as they pivot to less hostile attitude to the next government..?

    2. Lilly

I don’t think so, goldenbrown. I’m pretty sure he agreed with me once that the Sindo is a steaming pile of poo. Whereas Babs seems to think it’s the New Yorker and the Washington Post wrapped in one.

  5. V AKA Frilly Keane

F’ing blunder blusting blowhole thought all he needed to be was be all man’ enough to out man’ouvre Sarah Carey
No better end to the man’s public career
And in perfect sync with Fianna Fail n’ all

Could Broadsheet’s own in-house blunder blusting anti Shinner
especially their Mná – or any Mná actually
have something to be worried about …..

Well. His next TT will be worth a goo
Himself and Harris are – in all fairness
    A matching pair

    1. Lilly

‘His next TT will be worth a goo’

Who are we talking about V? I’ve missed the nightly TT fix this week, glad it’s not over for good.

      1. V aka Frilly Keane

How many raging eFFers, who are loudly anti SF and particularly critical of the SF Mná,
and no stranger to Social Media and Communications

do you have to pick from Lil?

  6. Smith

Irish Daily Mail. I read “How FISTING could could cut your blood pressure.” Mine soared at the thought. Send help.

  7. Papi

My son told me a joke.
“What do you do all day at the teddy bear factory?”

    “Just stuff”

    Cracked me up.

    1. millie bobby brownie

Queeeeeeenie! Nice to see you back. Hope you’re well my dear x

  8. Fearganainm

There are (malicious) rumours wafting about that Eoghan Harris is going to run for the leadership of the Ulster Unionist Party – but under an assumed name, obviously.

  9. Fearganainm

Journalist Patricia Devlin continues to receive abuse via an anonymous Twitter account:

    https://twitter.com/trishdevlin/status/1390980672907583489

I wonder would Harris or his defenders dismiss that kind of filth with an airy “These were robust message[s] to tough political people who richly deserved criticism.”? Surely that kind of sickness isn’t so far away from painting a target on a journalist’s back by labelling them as ‘Provos’ etc. ?

  10. Frank

‘out spake brave Horatius, the captain of the gate’.

I’m not falling for that claptrap from Eoghan Harris and RTE. Harris was hanging up his gloves and cooked up one last almighty bloody nose for Sinn Fein. For gods sake he was allowed on air to call Sinn Fein ‘a malign force’ with no correction from Mc Inerney. let that sink in for a moment!!

‘what better way for man to die than facing fearful odds’.

What do you think of my thesis Cian?
