Live At The Marquee [Updated]

at

This afternoon.

Burton Road, Lepardstown, Dublin

The parents of a man who got married in Co Armagh this morning were earlier told by a judge to take down the marquee they had erected at their home. The planned wedding reception was in breach of existing Covid-19 regulations.

The reception would have been in breach. Was the erection of the Marquee in breach though?

The setting up of a tent was an indication of intent to breach covid restrictions. In contract law, if you get on a bus it indicates intent to travel on that bus and pay the fare.

    “How many guards?”

Why on earth would you think? – Ireland’s favourite minority, at it again.

When I hear ‘wedding’, and ‘breaking covid restrictions’ – well, it doesn’t really require Miss Marple to figure out who was responsible.
