Aoife writes:

I wrote this poem about being a ward of court whilst being a free spirit. I hope it expresses the contrast of the two.

The Free Spirit Ward of Court

My Heart yearns while my mind dwells,
For liberation.
Liberation from the restraints,
Imposed by the state.

I am energy, so free and abundant,
I crave distance from the piercing eyes of my Nurse.

Give me the sky and I will soar,
Bring me a melody and I will sing.
A free spirit forced to fit into a square box.
A hammered, bent misfit yet vivid and vibrant.

My bodyguards are deaf to this
Boho’s screams.
I cant abscond in present,
But in spirit I am free.

You can cage my body but not my mind,
You can dictate my actions.
But you can’t compose my soul.

You can’t tame me!
I will break free.
And fly as high as my dreams go.

But first,
I must hug recovery.

-How come reporters who cover the Britney Spears saga virtually never post copies of the actual court documents and judicial orders?-

Southpaw is a legal legend in NY-one the best read’s on Free Britney.

“In her statement, Spears said she wasn’t aware of her own rights in the proceeding, casting doubt on the quality of Ingham’s representation, and made clear multiple times that she wished to hire her own lawyer.

Ma’am, I didn’t know that I could petition the conservatorship to end it. I’m sorry for my ignorance, but I honestly didn’t know that.”

“I haven’t really had the opportunity by my own self to actually handpick my own lawyer by myself, and I would like to be able to do that.”

..this lawyer Samuel D. Ingham III is under intense scrutiny and has now tended his resignation as has the trust, since this hearing.
