Build Tons of student houses, houses for the homeless, houses and holiday homes for those hit by mica, houses for travellers and stables for their houses, and of course houses for the tens of thousands of people required to build all them houses.

Anyone know what they’re being asked to pay? Is it mad money?

Or is it that there’s NO housing?

I worked in an off-licence through college to pay for my way.

Not giving it the “in my day” bit, but it was bloody tight then too.

Pints and a bag of chips were a lot cheaper too…

Things were always tight but they are being asked to pay mad money to share a room, never mind have their own room – and all the old fashioned type digs are gone (thanks to covid and life in general moving on) etc.

There’s a housing crisis in general so their just in that poo soup too

Yeah, there was ten of us in a big ol gaff when I was at college and I shared a room with two other lads. Was deadly craic though.

        Covid eh?
