Decades decaying ☹
Who can afford to sit on this stunning heritage home?
What a total waste

Cheaper to sit on it than pay for the conservation work I’d say.
Unless the state gets serious and CPOs/incentivises development as appropriate, stuff will continue to rot.
I’m ok with either – that’s commercial reality. There simply isn’t enough of a shortage of city centre space to have the market drive development of such buildings. If UCC build their new business school across the river any time soon, it might have a trickle down on the surrounding streets such as this.
You can use this to report any residential property you believe to be vacant.
