Anyone surrendering a covid pet should be put on a list of people to never be given care of an animal again.

What’s more disgusting is those who drive the dogs to rural areas and literally dump them, leaving them to their fate. At this time of year they’ve little chance of survival unless they become feral quite quickly, which in itself is problematic, especially as we approach lambing season.

it’s the same kind of people who think mask-wearing and vaccine certs shouldn’t apply to them though

Mr Hugh came from Dog’s Trust. He had been returned twice! (Although this was pre covid) I absolutely agree that if you ever return a dog following adoption – from anywhere, you shouldn’t be allowed to adopt again. Fupp Off with yourself.

Sickening, but not surprising given the millennial numpties who thought it would be cool to own a dog, just because their mates got one.

They never wanted a dog. They wanted a puppy.

Dogs, Dry Robes. Not the same thing.

Anyone falling into this category should have their Lululemon and Gym + Coffee athleisure wear dry-humped by a Rottweiler for the rest of their lives.
