Free Monday?

Are you unjabbed?

Is it something you’d prefer to keep to yourself (fearing ridicule or WORSE?).

Or would you like to share your story on the ‘telly’ among a panel of like-minded souls?

We will be hosting an online get together HERE on Monday night for anyone who wants to reach out and explain their reluctance to be poked.

Wacked-out, crinkled-up. tin-foil merchants of crazy?

Or perfectly-reasonable, peace-loving adults of sound minds and healthy bodies?

We will know on Monday at 9pm.

Email to Broadsheet@broadsheet.ie marked ‘Unjabbed’.

This I will definitely watch. Been dying to put faces to the anti-vaxx freaks in the comment section. E’Matty and Bisted, I’m betting we’ll all swipe left.

      1. Sara

Are you not anti-vaxx? I thought you were. You’re on my list of idiots. Unless you’re on it for some other reason.

    1. E'Matty

Sure everybody knows I’m bloody gorgeous Sara! Unfortunately, due to professional concerns I don’t feel able to participate so you’ll miss out on the pleasure of my good looks.

      1. jungleman

Professional concerns?! Haha I don’t think an undergrad degree in philosophy and politics is considered a profession.

    2. MemyselfandI

Hey Sara, you are on my list of people that I will sue because any disrespect of such private business is
      illegal in Spain.

    ‘(fearing ridicule or WORSE?)’

From who, the cowed obedient hypnotised stupid deluded fascist Nazi drone-sheeple pharma-shills committing child abuse and complicit in the worst crime in the history of humanity and who are all going to be killed/enslaved by the vaccines? God forbid.

Sopladine works quick, if you need a nights sleep. Or one of those hot lemon drinks can make you sleep too.

Oh, that’s a direct cerebral link there Frilly. You’ll be able to see and hear it inside your head.

lets see you walk your talk for real now

  3. bisted

…which one are you going as Bodger…hope you don’t have to cancel…lot of it going round at the moment…

  4. doobee23

So the mandates coming into force in Europe that require a booster will shut out of society anyone who has had covid in the previous 6 months, or is this just an Irish idea?
When the safest people – ie least likely to catch or transmit the virus – are ostracised, it really exposes the real agenda which is mass vaccination at any cost, regardless of immunity.
This certainly applies from next month in Austria, with huge fines and or imprisonment for the unboosted.

  5. SOQ

Not having a go at Broadsheet here- more a general comment but I think this whole debate is the wrong way around. It shouldn’t be a question of why are you not taking the vaccines but more of why are you taking them? Especially now that you will need three or no passport.

We know they do not prevent transmission and we know that the risks to most from CoVid-19 are minimal, especially children. What we don’t know is the medium or long term injuries which may occur and already there is talk of negative efficacy. Likewise reports of things like shingles and even cancers remerging.

One final point- you cannot have a real discussion on social media without getting censored or banned- which speaks volumes as to where we are really at.

    1. Reasonable Commenter

Fair point. But as that would be 98% of people who all agree, it would not make an interesting freak show.

    2. Cian

No. They are lies.COVID-19 is serious.

What we know is that there have been over 300,000,000 confirmed Covid cases worldwide. (this is an undercount)
What we know is that there have been over 5,400,000 Covid deaths worldwide. (this is also an undercount)

What we know is that there have been over 9,000,000,000 vaccine doses given worldwide to over 4,300,000,000 people.

      1. SOQ

Of course CoVid-19 is serious but it also VERY age specific.

I am not getting into the ‘with’ or ‘from’ thing again, suffice to say that once the proper analysis is done, there will be multiples of ‘with’ rather than ‘from’.

What is interesting is how this narrative is flipped when talking about vaccine deaths- where any and all comorbities are assumed to be the primary cause of death- even if the deceased had them for their entire lifetime.

      2. Chris

95% of deaths have had four or more co-morbidity’s – Died WITH Covid-19, not necessarily from it.

        1. Nigel

It’s astonishing that you people keep put this forward as in someway mitigating the disaster.

          1. Nigel

You’ve comvinced yourself that this particular context is an argument that the pandemic is not serious, as if co-morbities aren’t an incredibly wide range of conditions a huge number of people live with all the time, sometimes without even knowing they have them. It’s incredibly dsturbing.

          2. Chris

No what is actually disturbing is the callous disregard for all extraneous situations outside of this laughable ‘pandemic!’.

Elective surgeries cancelled, cancer treatments/screenings the same, skyrocketing suicides. Business collapsing – the transfer of wealth of 3.8 trillion from the poorest to the very richest.

‘But it’s a pandemic!’ How anyone takes your cowardly pearl clutching seriously is beyond me. Alas, I can only contend I share the country with a shocking amount of cowards.

          3. Nigel

All of those are literally effects of the pandemic. You think elective surgeries and cancer treatments don’t involve people with ‘co-morbidities’ that are vulnerable to infection who have to be kept away from large concentrations of infected people, like hospitals? Then again, if any of them died ‘with’ covid, they don’t count. Pandemics are highly stressful, induce anxiety and isolation – suicides are sadly unsurprising. Businesses collapse because it turns out human beings are pretty important to the economy and don’t want to die for other people’s profits.

And it’s likely none of these outcomes would have been as severe if countries had paid attenton to the war ings and prepared. A goo lesson there for climate change.

Transfers of wealth have been going on for a while now. Lot of wealth transferred and concentrated thanks to Brexit and under Trump, didn’t complain much about those, did ya?

‘Alas, I can only contend I share the country with a shocking amount of cowards.’

            Oh yeah, you’re so brave.

          4. E'Matty

Nige, in wave 1, just 5% of those who died with Covid were admitted to ICU. Covid is treatable. Why weren’t they treated in ICU?

          5. SOQ

Despite the fact that there is zero scientific evidence that unvaccinated are more infectious- and that health care workers have, in the main, probably been exposed already- let’s just sack them anyways is it?

            On your Pharma bike.

          6. Nigel

Is being unvaccinated a co-morbidity? Go to protect the vulnerable, eh? Or when they die is it ‘with’ rather than ‘of’ as well?

      3. hmmm

        *Fart Noise*

Your gaslighting ways are waning in effectiveness.

Even if you’re numbers are correct (they are not) your COVID can only claim deaths of a piddling 0.08 % of the global population.

        In two years…

        Worst Pandemic Ever!

          1. E'Matty

Yes, it’s a pathetically low number to be inducing such abject terror in your kind. You guys haven’t lost perspective. You clearly never had it.

          2. Kali

5.4 million in a almost 8 billion. <10% of these died because of covid, just happened to have it. So yes, it's a relatively small figure. Even more so when you take into account the mysterious disappearing flu which would have counted for most of the 540k covid deaths. No wonder there was no increase in overall deaths.

          3. Nigel

Chances are, deaths are undercounted, unless you think places like Russia, India, North Korea and Florida are providing accurate figures. But there is no sense in whicih 5.4 million people dead in two years is a small figure.

      I hope so.

Speaking of Imelda, did anyone catch that absolute car crash ‘tribute’ to David Bowie they did over Christmas on rte?

Bowie must’ve been spinning in his grave. Absolutely awful muck

        1. just millie

He was. He wasn’t the problem, mind you.

They wheeled out every hack related to rte that would say yes to the job. They had one of the Corrs, and Brian Ormond and the obligatory Imelda on and it was all just a bit bland so we turned it off.

          1. Reasonable Commenter

Thank you Millie, I like Gerry, I was at a great show he put on during the Bowie festival in Dublin back in the pre-COVID days. There’s a great clip of him playing with Suzanne Vega on the Youtube as well if you like that sort of thing

Keep injecting more & quick! The Irish have always been funny like that – just think of the rush for last pints.

FYI still no sniffles for me. Daughter made me do an antigen with her. So no harm I sez. I came up positive. OMG but I have no symptoms. Marched off for PCR – negative. stumped then next few days antigens get flagged for false positives. IMHO its a real nasty flu, a disease of the fatties to quote Gerald Celente. I feel the injections are duds .Stupid be like stupid & hysterical be like hysterical – I hold my ground to evaluate the vista unfolding. Fan boys are well, always just boys. This is the age of “The Karen” but it will pass as all ages do – might need a nudge off the cliff me thinks.

    1. K.Cavan

I reckon you’re underestimating the Karens, anolderman, they’re at the wheel, hysterical & neurotic & will drive society over the cliff, long before they themselves get nudged in that direction.
This fake pandemic has exposed & exacerbated the neuroses of the demented, loveless harradins & tubby, low sperm-count soy-boys that our society has been too charitable to leave out for the wolves.
Imagine if this was a deadly pandemic with a massive IFR of, say 1% or something!?

  7. K.Cavan

Screenshots & straight off to the Vaccine Police HQ? Whoops, there is no Vaccine Police HQ, yet.

    1. Darrens

I don’t know that it is the wisest choice to make a literal spectacle of those who wish to identify themselves as having not recieved a jab during the past 18 months. On one very obvious level it is fuel for a fire that does not need it when currently the preferred narrative of media reporting includes doctors quoting their patients who say that they wish they had taken the vaccine.

For whatever reasons the question not being asked is whether it is of the opinion of those vaccinated, fully or otherwise, if it is the existence of unvaccinated people that is responsible for the closures and restrictions we all experience, be it hospitals or hospitality. If that question was answered or even highlighted properly then maybe there would be more value gained than by ..as has been already noted in comments above … seeing it as some sort of freak show. It takes little to prove what people already believe. The question is what is it that people believe and is what people believe itself credible when it is looked at. With all that being said there are no doubt willing participants who would happily make a semi public stand regard their choices and still it will hardly be this which provides any meaningful example of the issues that are most relevant. Giving a platform to so called anti vaxxers poses the likelihood of presenting an all too predictable set of faces and views and reinforces the issue as identarian. Good luck doing the matter some degree of justice.

      1. MemyselfandI

Your people told you already. Vaccine does NOT stop transmission ot contraction! What is your excuse to push people to get it when they don’t want it? And how dare you making choice for bodies that are not yours?
