“Overall, the authority says, the reports received are consistent with the types of reports received for adults, with most being mild to moderate in nature. Many had resolved or were resolving at the time of reporting, it said.”

Doesn’t sound so dramatic when you read the poxy article.

They’re just the immediate side-effects, and the article has selected pretty light ones though 18000+ reported, who does that for a sore arm? Wait till we start seeing the long terms side effects, you can’t just pee out the stuff of the vaccines.
Broadsheet has plenty of content ahead.

        “We’re all dead in long-term.”

Plebs will get distracted with something else. Bread and circuses.
If there are any long-term consequences, they will end-up swept under a large carpet.
Chimpouts in Europe tend to be more dangerous for the ruling class, if compared to those that recently happened in USA, or to those that are still happening there.
Combined with the current cold war, it would be too volatile for them to handle.
Companies that did the vaccines also have funds large enough to go through trials that will take decades.

What is interesting is how the opinion of ordinary people got polarised in a short period of time during 2021. On one side there are those that trust any info from official media channels, even if at times they were receiving multiple conflicting pieces of information.
Those in other camp will believe crap that in normal situation is contained on 4-chan’s /pol/ board.

I have witnessed first-hand a similar situation in the past. It was a nice prelude for a not so nice war.
If you are able to make a virtual tribe around an idea, it’s also not hard then to dehumanise those “other ones”. And to be honest, event those with functioning brains do not always figure-out easily or quick enough that they’re being played.

What will be some of non-health-related long-term results?
HSE will not increase the number of available ICU beds, they will also not fix the public healthcare. It costs money, and look, there’s no pandemic anymore.
You can not have 60% unemployment rate for more than 6 months, without the economy taking a hit. Ireland’s debt did grow as a consequence.
Those of you working will get pushed back into the noisy offices and waste a significant part of your life while being stuck in traffic. Only a small minority will continue with a hybrid or full WFH. I hope that you did not invest much into your newly bought house and home-office in Ballyelbow.
During the next couple of years another young generation will emigrate from here, because they will not be able to afford paying the living costs.
If you are in your 30-ies, there is a high chance that you will die in poverty.

        But cheers, its Friday!
And you can go out tomorrow and get properly drunk.
If you behave, you’ll get both bread AND circuses.
        What’s not to like?

I’m probably walking into a Bodger-trap here but what constitutes a side-effect in this instance? Article too small to read.

I know after each of my jabs I had soreness in the arm and low energy for a day afterwards and after one jab a headache and mild aches.

Most of them are reported as mild, however some of the “mild” ones are quite alarming – chest pain, abdominal pain. vomiting?

I’ve never seen those kinds of reactions to past vaccines – must be quite rare.
Do they know what the mechanism is for these side effects? I thought the vaccine stayed at the injection site in your shoulder

      According to the article:

“The most commonly reported side effect among children (257 reports) was general symptoms and local reactions such as tiredness, weakness, chest pain and feeling hot. Other significant categories were nervous system issues such dizziness, headache, fainting or feeling faint (189) and gastrointestinal complaints such as nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain (112).”

  3. The Millie Obnoxious™

“Most are mild to moderate and many had resolved or were resolving when reported.”

“Seven of the reports related to a child – general vaccination of five-to 11-year-olds only began this month – and the rest related to adolescents aged 12 to 17 years.”

“Overall, the authority says, the reports received are consistent with the types of reports received for adults, with most being mild to moderate in nature. Many had resolved or were resolving at the time of reporting, it said.”

Lol misrepresenting to give Bodger a run for his money.
2/3s of Headaches and arm pain were also observed in placebo doses, leading researchers to believe its mental.

The study did not examine more serious side effects – they say so themselves

Indeed that paper provides a carefully written appraisal by people who–shock horror–actually put some thought into the analysis.

Information from Our Ladys Hospital Crumlin regarding allergic reaction to the vaccine:
    https://www.olchc.ie/children-family/covid-19-information-hub/covid-19-vaccine-information-for-parents-carers-of-children-aged-5-11-years-with-allergies/

NOTE THAT: You will not know if your child is allergic to the PEG (polyethylene glycol) component until it is administered.
Cancer treatment patients are only the very small percentage who would have experienced a ‘PEGylation’ in an administered drug.
