Broadsheet Trailer Park: 2000 Mules

at

What you may need to know:

1. Don’t shoot the messenger.

2. If you must, his name is Dinesh D’Souza, bestselling conservative author, ardent Trumpian and filmmaker considered a ‘right-wing Michael Moore‘.

2. The 2020 US Presidential Election result remains rife with claims by the Republican Party of fraud by the Democrat Party.

3. Many US states have laws allowing people to return completed mail ballots on behalf of others, such as family members, in ballot drop boxes scattered around polling districts.

4. A mule is a criminal delivery person, who physically takes a sack of ballots provided by shady NGOs and political machines, dumps those ballots in collection boxes throughout a voting district.

5. Do enough of this, and you have planted voter fraud across a nation.

6. With eyewitness testimony and geotracking, D’Souza claims an already corrupt system was taken over and supercharged by national-level operatives to produce a fake result.

7. FIGHT!

Andy’s verdict: Watch, then decide.

Release: May 7. Available to rent on YouTube and some other streaming services. Not available on Netflix.

They didn’t even prove it was fraud! All the attempts to prove fraud and overturn the result have amounted to nothing because it never happened and if it did, there would be ongoing mass prosecutions. As it is, there has been less than 1500 confirmed instances since 1979. https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud

Daisy dropped a banana skin and you went flying on it. Your reply isn’t the ‘gotcha’ that you imagine it to be.

The Heritage Foundation is a right-wing, Conservative outfit that’s been nourishing and nudging the Republican base for years. It’s been pumping enormous amounts of money into research and reports designed to shape public opinion.

Of course it’s going to be less than progressive when it comes to environmental and other issues – what do you expect from a pig but a grunt, after all?

But as a ‘source’ it’s revered by U.S. Conservatives, many of its reports are treated as almost sacred texts and are generally circulated and promoted among American right-wingers with pride and glee.

When even The Heritage Foundation doesn’t offer any support or confirmation for lying claims about a ‘stolen election’ what do you suppose that means?

Aside from not knowing anything about American influencers you clearly don’t know anything about Daisy either. In dropping a link from a rabidly right-wing Conservative source she’s not only tripped you up but she’s also demonstrated that even rabid right-wing American Conservatives do not believe that ‘stolen election’ claims belong to the world of facts.

not that i believe in the fraud, but it is mad in this day and age that a “paragon of democracy” like the US still allows voting with no ID, and seemingly a mess of unconditional postal voting also.

That said, closer to home you can easily vote multiple times if you are on several electoral registers (moving house etc). We desperately need a centralised register for national elections.

      1. paul

I’d imagine it can be anywhere in Ireland. I’ve gotten electoral details for the people who owned our house previously, contacted them through our neighbours and they are registered in Louth as well. They can vote twice.

That said, we get loads of post for those people so if they’ve not gone out of their way to make sure they get their post they’ve probably not done their due diligence re: voting registers.

        1. Tom J

As far as I know and from experience you cannot be registered to vote from more than one address. If you move house you are still registered at the old address until you register at the new address.

          1. Daisy Chainsaw

I know in Waterford in the 80’s, they tried to stop WRTC students registering and voting there because they had home adresses in other constituencies to vote in but it was clarified that you’re legally entitled to register in every and any constituency in Ireland. It only becomes fraud and an offence if you vote more than once.

          2. Tom J

The register of electors means you can only vote from one address, if you are a living in student accommodation you must register from that address to vote.

          3. paul

I’d say some still fall through the cracks though. I mean, at some stage a human being has to enter or remove data, not all of those people are 100% diligent. The amount of people attempting to vote twice is probably negligible though, barely a fraction of a percentage though, upon reflection (mid-sentence) it’s not zero.

Reminds me of a local politician who had a… difficult set of values arguing for a recount on his votes. All 12 of them :/

Ah Jaysus, not the trailer person too – it’ll be the chap who does the Limericks next.

    1. Broadbag

      Lol!

First they came for our day to day posts and I said nothing. Then they came for our trailers and limericks and I said nothing. Finally they came for Leather Jacket Guy and I said ‘thank God!’.

As I said Don’t Shoot The Messenger,
I only provide the trailer, it may not be my personal belief, but you watch the movie and then decide for yourself!

Lol “I only provide the trailer”

      2. tom2

        Get to f
You post a one trailer per week and you chose this one. You’re promoting this movie because it is part of your deluded beliefs.

Why are all the contributors here so cowardly about their views.

        1. Bodger

tom2, I suggested Andy have a look at the trailer. He did an impeccably fair job.

          1. tom2

And if he said “no chance you mentalist” then I’m sure those keys would be taken away. Everyone has to be on message here.

          2. Ian -oG

Considering you’re wildly partisan and have some sort of personality disorder that means you like to spread hatred, why the actual fupp would anyone take your word about someone else being ‘fair’?

To you, kicking a trans gender person to death is fair because they are all ”groomers” I guess?

Anyway, no idea why I am posting here, a website where you defend a liar because he suffers the same delusions as you but allow another poster be slurred in the worst way possible constantly because you are a deepful hate filled joke.

            ‘Impeccably fair’.

Shur, shur, Stormsheet,ie, home of the far right lunatics.

            Do one.

          3. Ian - oG

5 attempts to post, funnily enough the first attempt was quite mild but by the fifth attempt I stopped trying to be pleasant.

          4. Me So Harney

            “Quite the self-own..”

            Lololololololols

My comment didn’t warrant a reply you absolute dunce.

A hit and a miss from the clown Oro..

          5. Oro

He didn’t even say thank you for your disinteresting links. Must have hurt.

Not many of your comments warrant a reply though do they? The BS queen of zero content.

          6. Me So Harney

“He didn’t even say thank you..”

            Lolololololols

Poor little Oro and his pathetic need for attention and gratification, listen queenie; not everyone is an overly sensitive little petal like yourself..

          7. Mad

Another desperate and despicable pile-on this time on the completely transparent and good guy Andy and even on bodger himself , from the perpetually ugly pens of Oro and co

          8. Oro

Girl shut up you’re gonna give yourself a nose bleed. Maybe you should take a day off from persecuting everyone, nobody called the tone police. And remember what I said last time about the baby aspirin. Might be time for another 6hr ‘break from the website’. No need for the press release this time ;) x

          9. Mad

Oro you came across as an unfunny weirdo the first time you made those comments, and repeating them further epitomises your desperation now as well as your weirdness

    1. Daisy Chainsaw

Probably too busy writing more scenes where he gets to have a threesome with women a quarter his age.

      1. Tom J

Lucky fcuker. I was referring to the film two mules for sister Sarah of course.

  3. Nigel

If they had any proof, they’d have presented it by now, but this isn’t about that, this is for the people for whom the Big Steal is now an article of faith. Like Bodger.

  4. Mistake Not...

What is this, an attempt at humour? You had one job and you put forward this dishonest, brain dead and frankly laughable attempt at a documentary, then cry off for just being the messenger but negate that defence by sharing your own thoughts on this?

Dinesh D’Souza, a right wing Michael Moore?

I dislike both however, only one is a convicted felon and only one got a pardon off Trump who gave pardons based on how nice people were to him. Moore is annoying, D’Souza is a criminal, his defence even tried to argue that he was just being a good friend when he broke the law.

He knew what he was doing and he should have been flung into a cell with some white supremacists to see where his ideology ultimately leads. For non whites, a bad place.

      1. Ian - oG

If we are being ‘fair’ on Broadsheet we could just call anyone who disagrees with you a potential paedophile, because, freeze peach.

As for Andy, a coward but at least he showed us who he really is and I believe him.

          1. Ian - oG

Shoehorning it in more and more these days tom2, lots of terfs given a platform, never any articles from anyone who just wants to see people get on with their lives.

  5. Nullzero

Certainly got the usual suspects out in force. Wind them up and they can talk about this stuff for hours.

  6. stephen moran

This syndicated piece by AP debunks every other claim made in the film – Quelle surprise.. Ho hum – Trump lost – in fact he got whacked out of the ballpark – much to the chagrin of the one flew over the BS crew here. Actually in retrospect the incessant peddling of this utterly false narrative in the face of all the observable evidence to the contrary marked the beginning of the end of this site as a forum for decent debate and discourse and the dawn of its takeover by the rabbit hole conspiracy loons foaming at the mouth over increasingly desperate, spurious and crackpot sub national enquirer clickbait dross

In Obama’s second election, disappointment with his fakeness & his uninspiring opposition led to a drop of 4 million in the total number of ballots cast, the biggest change in American Presidental election turnout ever.
In Biden’s election, the total number of votes cast increased by 27 million.

4 million, 27 million, let that sink in.

There is only only one conclusion from such an utterly unprecedented increase, ballot fraud on an unimaginable scale.

    1. stephen moran

in 2008 the electorate was 229,945,000 the turnout was 62.5%
In 2012 the electorate was 235,248,000 the turnout was 58.0%
in 2016 the electorate was 249,422,000 the turnout was 59.2%
in 2020 the electorate was 257,605,088 the turnout was 66.8%
3 of the states that decided the race Georgia, Arizona and North Carolina were all well outside the top 15 states for turnout levels FYI

It’s the Democratic Party. Get the name right and you might be more credible.
