Riley: One Year Older, Possibly Still Using

Last year, the above pic of Maureen Ravelo’s one-year old Bichon Frise, Riley, gave rise to the ‘birthday dog/stoner dog’ meme.

Well, Riley turned two last Saturday. And he’s lost none of his baked charm.
