Chris Johns (old man) doesn’t understand the Internet, so says it needs to be regulated before someone drops info on the skeletons in his or his 1% mates closets.

“Like tobacco, social media will one day have to be regulated because of the harm that it does” (primarily to established press and broadcast businesses which are having a divil of a time competing with social media breaking, analysing, joking and philosophising about news, hours before we even produce a basic report on it).

That’s only cause the people at the top of broadcasting in Ireland are old, outdated and can’t keep up with technology ether.

What’s the story with Conor Skehan saying buy don’t rent. The last time I saw him interviewed – about three months ago – he said hold off on buying for 18 months. So which is it? Sales prices are dropping again in Dublin but properties are still overpriced. Why are people expecting them to drop further and faster next year?
