Of course they don’t mention whether they’re good metal acts or not. We got a big enough indie metal scene here but in the UK they got established labels and professional bands. The figure for Russia is a bit of a surprise. But I suppose if it’s bands per head of population I guess it makes more sense. The Scandinavian figures look about right.
