Clare Conlon
Clare Conlon played with Raheny United [football] and helped them win the Women’s FAI Cup against UCD Waves in the Aviva Stadium Lansdowne Road Nua.
Clare then joined Sarsfields [GAA football] (of Laois) to help them beat Na Fianna (of Dublin) in the Leinster Senior Football Final at Clane GAA Grounds, Co. Kildare.
Super human stuff in fairness.

Don”t think its a record as there’s plenty of men and women playing dual sports
good stuff though
Reading it initially I thought she might have played both in the same day or something.
“Clane GAA Grounds”? That would be Conneff Park, Clane. Ah, yes, I remember it well! Community Games where I was always in a heated competition with my classmates for last in the sprint, failed to even reach the high jump bar and managed what must be the shorted long jump on record! Memories :)
Actually, and excellent field for sports, with a good, well maintained surface.
