    What is acutely chilling is what the Pope doesn’t consider as “disfiguring God’s plan”.

    The gays have amazing power all the same…From destroying the family to disfiguring the Almighty’s great scheme for us mortals.

        How true. Its interesting to note that Pope Pole (whatever he was called), started of as a humble nice guy – “who was going to give the church the shake-up it needed”.
        (Say what you like – no one was more instrumental, in bringing an end to the Cold War etc.)

      Hmmmm, what the Pope “doesn’t consider as ‘disfiguring God’s plan”….. you mean things like the Vatican’s German porn publishing company, or maybe giving condoms to the poor, or helping fight AIDS or the accumulation of wealth, or the admission of it’s failures to molested children, or the protection of paedophile priests, or the refusal to compensate the abused in it’s care, doing deals with governments so they don’t have to compensate, or the moving of monies to ‘untouchable’ accounts so monies can’t be got at for compensation…. none of these seem to bother the Vatican and its views of what disfigures Gods plan…..

    1) So we now know what “tool” The Mail uses, to check out the authenticity of stuff.

    2) No, of course it wasn’t. Anyone with any common sense or intellectual integrity, claims to have used the references at the bottom of the Wikipedia page for their research.

    Lucinda Creighton had nothing to announce but The Phoenix’s story a few weeks ago about Shane Ross launching his new party/alliance/platform/whatever spooked her and she decided she had to get out there first.

    It’s like a me-first, me-first fat child pushing to the head of a queue without knowing what the queue is for, and then looking around lost, waiting for someone to explain

    The Sindo has become totally useless – it’s midday on Sunday and the Irish Times, which doesn’t publish on Sundays, has superior news on its website. The giant KBC ad on the front page of Sindo sums up that newspaper perfectly, “Big January Sale” with “bargains” you can access throughout the year. Useless.
