Looks like a spot of aerial photography/survey work? Not sure why is being done at night though?
There was a similar type of aircraft on Tuesday, daytime, going back and forth for an hour or so, presume its the same thing. Noisy fecker!

Do not US FAA do checks on all airports on a regular basis, the surveys operated
under GSI mineral resouce survey are much lower level and follow a very precise
pattern…the Irish Avaition Authority need to fill us in on what the flights are for.
