It’s terrifying to think that someone you thought was normal would suddenly start burbling on out of the blue about all the internet ‘research’ they’ve recently been doing about deep state conspiracies and lizard people. Saw one on Instagram the other day. Real ‘popular delusions and the madness of crowds’ stuff going on at the moment.
My humble take on it is that it’s a natural human reaction to increasing instability due to widening economic inequality. Great for the David Ickes of this world.
Imagine if they put all that manic effort and brain processing time into the real source of the problems…
