I had some porridge actually.

Porridge bread flat things.
Oats, 50% grated carrots, natural yogurt- add what is your taste- mine is ginger. fresh lime and finely chopped onions- bake for 40 minutes- can fridge or freeze.
Serve with fluffy scrambled, light fried or poached eggs.
I do a good B ‘n B apparently- especially the first B.
