The new Patch watch from the (otherwise fairly pricey) range of Geneva-based watchmaker Altanus is the world’s first biodegradable paper timepiece. It’s available in 10 colours and various seasonal prints for €24 – about half the price of a Swatch.
Probably because it’s made of paper.
