Am I the only one who has been burned by these limericks more than once and now comes straight to the comment section to read the insults rather than the ‘rick itself?
When John Moynes was a lad he said he wanted to grow up to write limericks, and they laughed at him.

Maybe I’m a complete simpleton, but I actually get a kick out of these. Although, with the clare daly one, I think the reply limerick was a lot better…
