We were told by our hosting company that we needed to go to another server. This process began last week and the site has not been the same since, beset by 503s and whatnot. The hosting company are currently working to solve the issues at their end but Nat also tells us:
“The DNS on individual servers is still probably pointing at the old address due to the TTL (“time to live”) configuration. This will eventually time out and resolve broadsheet.ie to the new address.”
Eh. We pass that on in the knowledge that we don’t understand it, but you might.
And, yes, we have tried turning it off and on.
