The two-inch thick bullet-proof glass screen that will surround Brian Cowen Obama tomorrow during his public speech outside the entrance of the Bank of Ireland at College Green.
People will be allowed in from 2pm (from the Dublin Castle end) tomorrow and President Obama is scheduled to appear around 5pm.
