This was heavily-pregnant zebra Fiona last night at Fota Wildlife Park in County Cork.

And this was Fiona with her new-born son Zippy this morning. Father ‘Barnie’ went to the Old Oak for a skinful. Zippy follows the arrival of Cónan the giraffe at Fota earlier this month and Zedward the giraffe in June.

Ten artists (two – Linda Brownlee and BrenB – from Ireland) all working together painting 10 big vodka bottles.

Alex Chiedu, under the guise Lecs Luther is a rapper from Dublin. This is a video of a track called Luther from said rapper and if this is anything to go by we could have a very promising act here and hopefully more from Ireland can join him in as there are some decent raps act out there in the Irish undergrowth.
