Nike and Tinker Hatfield are set to unveil Marty McFly’s shoes tomorrow, a few years ahead of their 2015 fictional year “Back To The Future II” schedule.
Nike submitted a patent on the automatic lacing system for the shoes just last year and today, sent out invitations to an event in LA hinting at the actual existence of Air Mags. The invitation included a pair of Doc’s aluminum shades and an Ipod nano with the message, “Welcome to Los Angeles. If my calculations are correct, over the next 24 hours you are about to see some SERIOUS SH*T!”
