Update: Yes, it’s Eask Tower, Carhoo Hill near Dingle, Kerry by Neal O’Brien. Neal writes: “The glass was blown out of the WWII watch tower in the background a few days before by stormy winds according to a woman that lived at the foot of the hill and had a visitor centre there.”
