And sure why wouldn’t he?

Daithi O’Se bringing the ham and cheese to the launch of The Rose of Tralee this afternoon with Kelly Gaetano, the Texas Rose, identifiable by her trademark cowboy hatwear.

Others enjoy it.

Not so much:

Sha-zam. Marty ‘The Party’ Whelan in 2001. Humiliation level: Strong

What would JFK do?. Ryan Tubridy in 2003. Theme: Racy. Ludicrous.

Ray Darcy and Orla O’Shea (2004 Rose of Tralee) at the 2005 launch. This is how agents get fired.

Richard Brock, a classically-trained musician and computer scientist with a long interest in the archaeology of Stonehenge, is convinced that the acoustic properties of the Achill structure could yield valuable clues to musical archaeologists.
Having carried out preliminary tests on site in recent days, he is satisfied that echoes of sounds made in the centre of the mass-concrete circle create a dome of sound in much the same manner as the original Stonehenge.
…Commenting on the replica’s now-shaky future, Brock said that Mayo County Council should delay the demolition of Achill-henge until its potential contribution to scientific archaeoacoustic research can be fully explored.
