The Smithfield Horse Fair, Smithfield, Dublin, returned this morning under new Dublin City Council bye-laws, which includes the need for a horse selling trading licence (above)
The market will now take place twice a year, on the first Sundays of March and September, and will include a photographic exhibition, artwork and music.
