“There is a fixed broadband outage at Beggar’s Bush exchange. Apparently 402 customers are affected. We noticed we were offline yesterday at about 11am but Eircom is saying it was only reported at 12.40. So 402 homes and businesses in the Dublin 4 area which includes business areas such as Baggot St and Ballsbridge are without Internet and email now for almost 48 hours. The only information we have is that it will HOPEFULLY be back within 48 hours. Unbelievable. It would be great if you could ask who else is affected as it must be impacting on people’s businesses and this might give some kind of urgency to fixing it. Thanks.”
