There’s a lot of outdoor gig activity this week in Phoenix Park and Iveagh Gardens but for something a bit more affordable, try the launch of Boa Howl, the second album from experimental Dublin band Halves, a band known for their rich instrumentation and detailed arrangements that fall somewhere between the sounds of latter-day Radiohead, Efterklang and Grizzly Bear.
