COCO Television is looking for families with teenage kids to take part in a new series for RTÉ1 called “Whose Holiday Is It Anyway”

COCO Television would like to hear from families who are interested in letting their teenage children plan their summer holiday. The holiday location will be wherever the kids choose! The cost of flights and accommodation will be covered by the production and the holiday will be filmed for the show. If you think your kids can organise your dream family holiday, please call COCO Television on 01 497 0817.

Teens planning your summer holiers? What could possibly go wrong?

Is this like the holiday they promised that young wan out in magaluf if she blew 25 lads?

Gosh, this sounds like imaginative and innovative television. Its going to be tough waiting for it to be broadcast.

What is this broadcast TV you speak of?

Seriously though, I’m not sure who the target market for this programming is. It’s not the teenagers (or really anyone under the age of 30) since, well, it’s broadcast TV so they’re not going to watch it. I can’t imagine people that have kids would watch it en masse either. What’s left? Retired people/people whose kids have moved out? People who feel the need to reenforce their decision not to have children?

        – Jaysus do you mean they make shows that are that bad, they aren’t shown on RTE. Who knew? I live and learn.. etc.

Making a family look like a bunch of chavs on a holiday, sounds such an intellectually stimulating idea.
