Norn Iron shouldn’t be on the map but democracy is a recent concept in the Unwanted Kingdom.

My point was that it should not be in the UK (if the democratic vote of the Irish part of the UK in 1918 was recognised).

What about the subsequent all-Ireland democratic vote on the Good Friday Agreement that has legitimised the current status of the six counties within the United Kingdom?

“The Isle of Man is located in the Irish Sea between Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales. The island is not part of the United Kingdom or European Union, but is a possession of the British Crown with an independent administration.”

There’s a couple of ways of looking at it.

It will still be a United Kingdom unless Scotland separates the monarchy as well as the political union. There is nobody to take over as King of Scotland now that Idi Amin is dead.

Or you could say that there will be no United Kingdom left at all because it refers to the Union of Scotland and England. The Irish part of all this was a makey up Kingdom of Ireland which never really existed anyway as it was created by and under the control of the English royals since around the 12th century.

There’s now a possibility of a third way re Norn Iron.

How about the new Scotland unifies with Norn Iron?
OO people feel at home, old gaelic clans in of Uladh back together again. Free from Westminster. Dublin doesn’t get the bill. Win all round!
And tossing a caber during a parade would make for an interesting spectacle.
