It really depends how long they’ve been there. A week, and maybe it’s a message. Since last night, and it’s probably just bin day :-)
That’s the third mural within a week. It’s quite unusual for that particular stretch of hoarding to change so frequently. It’s probably changed again today….Oh the excitement of it all.
Also, the bins are always put there, no reason for suspicion.

Here they could have split the bins either side I would have thought !

Louise, as I was going by about 40 minutes ago, the bins had been moved to either side of the mural. Somebody must have been reading Broadsheet!
