Last week I was approached by Irish Ad agency The Social House to see if I could create an illustration for [DJ and music blogger] Nialler9’s celebration of Record Store day, this Saturday .
They wanted to celebrate the love of music in Dublin, and how integral it is to the city.We ended up creating this image, ‘Dublin is Sound’, showing the famous landmark that is the Poolbeg towers  and the Sandymount strand.

Tshirt & coffee cup versions, please. And maybe some limited edition dioramas if you have time. (Too much?)

Hi everyone, thanks for the comments on the illustration! I’m hoping to have prints available next week if anyone is interested in getting one.

I don’t think you appreciate the enormity of what you have achieved here in this comment section

Wow thanks for the great response folks! I’m hoping to have prints available next week once I’ve spoken to everyone involved. If you like, check in with me on twitter, @pencilrobot where I’ll have news, or check my online print shop next week, https://pencilrobot.bigcartel.com. Thanks again!

It’s crap. Badly executed. Derivative. Hipsterish. Stupid idea. Probably only getting publicity because the artist has relatives in RTE.

(Sorry, had to balance all of the above praise as Broadsheet’s comments section cannot handle that amount of positivity. It’s a fantastic design, well done)
