I am familiar with many of these bands and demand the weekend tickets because there’s a teenie tiny chance, that an itty bitty dance, with a little lovely lady, in a place that’s nice and shady, will gaurantee the start, to a romatic beat of heart, and we’ll fall for one another, an experience like no other.

“I am familiar with many of these bands and demand the weekend tickets because..things keep happening that prevent me from going to festivals. The last festival I made it to was EP 2006 with an ex-girlfriend. I didn’t even see one band as I spent most of the time going between the jaxx, the tent, the food stalls and back to the jaxx with her. I vowed that this would be our final festival.
After the split, two years later, I went on a bender….a huge bender. Ended up living in Holland on the bender for a few years. While there I met a lovely lady who started popping out children. Great times indeed but between buying nappies, trying to convince the children to go back to sleep and the fact that I lived in Europe’s dullest country, I never made it to any festivals.
Glorious joy!! And to make a long story short. Last September we decided that we’d move to Ireland to raise our boys with lovely accents. Throughout my time in Holland I talked for a least two hours per week about how great it would be to go to a festival in Ireland. Now that I’m back I’d love to live up to my words and bring her to one. Only problem is I’m not allowed spend money on anything other than nappies. Please help. Also Super Furry Animals.

I am familiar with many of these bands and demand the weekend tickets because …….. in July i have to spend a whole three week in a Gaeltacht… céilí’s and tráth na gceist included…. as an adult… and this would be a great send of and tire my boyfriend out while he has a free gaff for those weeks… wouldn’t want him getting into trouble…..

I am familiar with many of these bands and demand the weekend tickets because I had a dream or rather a nightmare on wax. Wax was the name of a king kong company sized mmoth who I was flying through cloud, castle, lake and on to the grounds for invasion which were the leftfield just beside ballinlough castle.
Beside us an army of bleeding heart pigeons chanted in weird rhythms “Oy, CLU, Alo wala, tambu! Oy, CLU, Alo wala, tambu!” which gave us all meltybrains and distracted my super furry animal from his flight facilities and we crashed in to a hot tub where a shit robot and tiga were having a soak looking at a lamb and a goat.
And then I realised I was in a hot tub at B&S and didn’t have a ticket and got kicked out. I then spent the next 40 years of my life making a time machine so I could travel back to this very moment in time, write these three paragraphs, win a ticket and go to B&S legally and have an awesome weekend.

I know what you are thinking, That is not a good reason. but hear my tale of woe. I put in for my two weeks off starting the 19th. The wife asked me what my plans were that weekend. Like a fool I replied that I didn’t have any. You should have seen the delight in her eyes as my weekend was suddenly all planed out. Paint a wall and some windows, clean out the gutters, that shed could do with a tidy, will we go to IKEA, sure will we visit my mothers…. It is too late for me to make my own plans but this is different. That festival is the only ticket to a start of the summer holidays that doesnt revolve around getting covered in paint, cursing at swedish furniture and dislodging a wasps nest.
