The fact that it revolves was a surprise though.
Like the revolving one – it’s like a fancy cloud showroom.
I’d say it’s probably not rotating in reality. Think of it like layers of cloud that are travelling in one direction and only become visible when they go through that point.
Is it a data centre?
Cool lenticular clouds and quite common all over Ireland. Mostly they go unobserved but that’s busy busy for you.
They normally blend in with what’s behind them (from our perspective)
…I’ve never seen lenticular clouds in Ireland before ( still haven’t because I’m not in Dublin today).
