You’ll recall how asylum seekers initially apply for protection and refugee status from the Office of the Refugee Applications Commissioner.

If their initial application is turned down they can appeal the decision to the Refugee Appeals Tribunal.

    to me it’s seems to be a ‘passing the responsibility to the next group’ move. but that’s just my guess based on a vague pointless stat. in other words that post means diddly squat just like my comment. * drops mic and walks away
