Mark Keating, a friend of my brother is starting (on August 28) a 2000 Km walk with his dog Pajo (above) through the Balkans (Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Greece, and Macedonian) to raise money for Our Lady’s Hospital and a children’s cancer hospital in Belgrade, Serbia…They’re both looking for sponsorship of any size! [see below]..Thank you.

Yet I get attitude from the Bichon when he’s to walk in the rain.
Attitude from a bichon?
I’ll take two for the front row, thanks, I gotta see this :)
My dog would keel over in excitement at the prospect of a 2000km walk…
Is it 2000 miles or km now Broadsheet. CMMOONNN.
sorry this is a very bad idea, I’m not being smart but the Balkans have huge problems with packs of stray and rabid dogs. Serbia/Montenegro not too bad but Albania and Macedonia are chronic, Georgia the same. Theres enough reports about overland trekkers and cyclists getting attached by groups of dogs in that region. No feckin way would I bring a dog down there, he’ll get attacked badly by rabid strays with a pack mentality. Its asking for trouble IMO
