Was thinking the same thing. Sad story alright. Although if I’m being brutally honestly, I thought it was Neil Delamare.
AFAIK they said peacefully at home. Peacefully and tragically tend not to go hand in hand so maybe it was Sudden Death Syndrome or whatever it is called.
