   €70k for a 1/4 acre site with mains plumbing and services is not bad

      Location I guess one is an hour from Dublin the other is in the west of Ireland different locations, different demands

         Probably 1 hr 20 minutes from Dublin. Easily commutable. Bargain.

            I’m one hour 50 mins on a good day. I’d spend the extra 30mins in the car to save myself 45k

   The houses measure 2,726 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft and are currently at partially built stage ,with blockwork built up to 1st floor level. What’s the minimum number of bedrooms you need?
