Festive.
Dramatically early Xmas illuminations on an unidentified estate in Sandyford, Co Dublin captured over the last two nights by genuinely horrified neighbour Ciamhie McDigital.
Thanks Paul

Maybe someone is sick and they’re having Christmas early.
Or they’re nuts.
I’m still sore that the post title wasn’t The Lights Are On But No One’s Home. I’ve been working on that Robert Palmer chunk for years now.
..or Premature Bedecoration
And it not even Arthur’s Day yet. Tsk.
To Santa!
That made me smile… being reminded that that poo fest is over!
To Clampers!
*puffs out cheeks* Just me, or does anyone else fancy a pint of Titmaker?
Wha? :)
Sorry, Clampers , that’s my fond moniker for Guinness before it gave me the worst case of man-boobage on God’s green earth
Are they Xmas lights or just someone buying all the half price solar lights from homestore&more?

If you squint, really hard….. it looks like a Dalek in drag
I saw that too. I like. No likey christmas but likey Daleks.
How pathetic would your life have to be that you would wishing for December?
They’re not alone. I spotted some in Edenmore last night.

A clearer picture. Humanity is doomed :(
This is what happens when households give in to whimsy rather than the cold, steely embrace of the Roman calendar! The Birthday Of The Unconquered Sun is 98 days away….
Indeed. Lights on winter trees was all about the Mid-winter Festival and cheering everyone up for the merriment ahead.
No one enjoys a good aul’ pagan knees up more than I do, Hoop. September’s far too frickin’ early although I fear Bertie’s suggestion that there might be a very ill person in the house makes sense.
it’s best to lash a brick through the window anyway, just in case there’s not.
Jaysus, scottser, that’s a fairly robust response but I dig your appetite for mischief!
